What call tracking platforms do you support?

How does automatic scoring work?
Toggle on auto-scoring and every new call is automatically pulled, transcribed, and scored without any manual action. Results are ready on your dashboard by the time you check in. You can switch between automatic and manual scoring anytime.
Is there a limit on calls per month?
No. Both plans include unlimited call scoring. Whether you get 50 calls or 500 calls a month, the price is the same.
What does "locked in for life" mean?
Founders who sign up at $350/month keep that rate as long as their subscription stays active. When the price goes to $500, yours stays at $350. Period.
What about the AI Training Agents?
AI Training Agents are currently in development and will be available to all subscribers when launched. Founders get early access. Basic training simulations will be included — extended usage may carry optional usage fees, and we'll be fully transparent about costs.
Can I hide spam calls and irrelevant calls?
Yes. You can exclude entire tracking numbers from monitoring, and hide individual calls from your dashboard. Spam, wrong numbers, and junk calls won't clutter your data or affect your scores.
Do future upgrades cost extra?
No. All platform upgrades, new features, and new integrations are included in your subscription at no additional cost. The only exception is certain optional AI add-ons that require significant processing — and we'll always be upfront about those before you opt in.
Does this work for all types of restoration calls?
Yes. We have separate scoring rubrics for new customer intake, existing customer follow-ups, and outbound callbacks — each tailored to what matters on that type of call.
